Esen Zeolite, is mining and processing high-purity clinoptilolite mineral -type of natural zeolite- in Gördes region of Türkiye, for 20 years. Gördes region is world-renowned for the exceptional purity of its zeolite- clinoptilolite reservoir.
Unlocking the Power of Natural Zeolite
Located in Gördes, Türkiye, our facility sits on a 55 million ton reserve, offering a steady supply of zeolite. The plant spans 5.000 square meters indoors on a 12.000 square meter plot, with a production capacity of 3.000 tons of zeolite monthly in 8 different sizes. We ensure quality with daily sieve and moisture tests, and our safety measures include four strong magnets and a metal sensor to detect impurities.

Esen Zeolite’s headquarters are located in Izmir, a city renowned for its port, and the company has a branch in Istanbul. Our licensed mining area in the Gördes region has a reserve of 55 million tons of high-quality clinoptilolite mineral, situated just 200 meters from our production facilities.
In the beginning of 2020, our company enhanced its production quality and doubled its production capacity through strategic investments in new buildings, machinery, and equipment. The latest investments are designed to increase our domestic market share and expand our export market.
Supporting Sustainability with High-Quality Products
Zeolites are a diverse group of soft, structured minerals, characterized by their microporous nature. These minerals were formed millions of years ago through volcanic activity, resulting from the interaction between volcanic ash and water. Zeolites have a distinctive structure that allows them to host a broad range of ions, making them ideal for use as natural filters. They are highly effective at trapping a range of substances, including toxins, heavy metals, radioactive materials, and gases. Of the nearly 50 different zeolite types, clinoptilolite is the most efficient.
The clinoptilolite from the Manisa/Gördes region boasts the highest purity, ranging from 85% to 95%. It is considered among the best in the world in terms of quality and reserve ranking. Additionally, zeolite contributes significantly to sustainable resource management by offering an eco-friendly alternative to various industrial processes. Its use helps minimize environmental impact and supports the development of greener technologies.

Esen Zeolite was established in Gördes in 2004, with a licensed mining area. The company’s headquarters is located in Izmir, renowned for its port, and an Istanbul branch was established in the same year. In 2020, the company significantly increased its production quality and doubled its capacity by investing in new buildings, machinery, and equipment, aiming to boost both its domestic market share and export market.
