- Improve physical and mechanical properties such as strength, stiffness, abrasion resistance, expansion, and resistance to high temperatures and corrosion
Applications
Paper:
As a mineral filler, Esen’s natural zeolite (clinoptilolite) produces unique papers to minimize absorbency (papers with different porosities). Carton natural zeolite (clinoptilolite) as mineral filler is used in the production of high-quality cartons and carton packages and absorbs moisture and odors thanks to the added zeolite (used in the food industry for packaging aromatic foods and foods that require a dry environment, etc.)
Plastic:
Esen’s natural zeolite (clinoptilolite) is a mineral filler to produce PA, PP, and PE granules. Precisely ground, excellent zeolite powder is a beautiful filler for polymer materials and offers an economic advantage over other used fillers.
Rubber:
Esen’s natural zeolite (clinoptilolite) as a mineral filler is used in rubber to improve rigidity, increase the value of maximum elongation tensile strength, and reduce the density
Dyes:
Esen’s natural zeolite (clinoptilolite) is a mineral filler used in the production of dyes. It offers a significant advantage over other fillers by absorbing odors while producing and mixing dyes.
Adhesives:
Esen’s natural zeolites (clinoptilolite) are used as mineral fillers in the production of adhesive systems, phenol-formaldehyde resins, and urea-formaldehyde resins. Adding zeolite to the hardener increases the adhesion contact surface area several times over, thereby increasing the strength of the adhesive bond.
